Andrey was born on November 28, 1970. He has served in the armed forces from 1988 to 1990. Later he was transferred to the reserve as a commanding officer of mobile command center. He has experience in sound recording (studio manager, sound producer). In the 90’s he worked as a Chief Technical Specialist in the major telecommunication company in Quebec, Canada. Since 2000 he has working in programming and has studying the systems of databases.
