Sergey was born on July 25, 1982 in Novgorod. In 2003 he graduated from Kaliningrad Law Institute MIA Russia with honors holding a degree in Jurisprudence. From 2003 to 2007 he served in Federal Drug Control Agency as a chief counsel and specialist in international cooperation. In 2007 he started working in the field of journalism and advertising. He is the author of numerous publications on finance, a coordinator of large international advertising promotional projects.
