Yuriy was born on July 10, 1971. In 1993 he graduated from the Kaliningrad Fisheries Institute. In 1994-1995 he was undergoing training at Kaliningrad Higher Management School, with Management specialization. In 1999-2000 he received occupational retraining at Kaliningrad International Business College, Financial Accounting and Loan faculty. In 2007 he became a certificated financial market specialist. He has over 6-year work experience at trading companies being assigned to the following positions: manager, wholesale trade manager, financial expert, financial director. He has been running stock market activity at investment companies since 2004.
