Sergey was born on January 09, 1959. After school he served in the armed forces. In 1980-1991 he held different positions at the Ministry of Internal Affairs subunits. In 1991-2008 Sergey worked at various organizations. In 2008-2009 studied the currency markets. Since 2009 he has been working at the central representative office of InstaForex Group in Latvia.
