Oleg was born on May 9, 1979. He studied at Al-Farabi Kazakh National University, Journalism Department. He finished the TV Journalism School, master class of Nina Zvereva. Oleg is the winner of Almaty TEFI award. He worked as an administrator at the NKT, commercial TV channel, and as an associate director of information program management at Khabar channel. In 2002-2009 he worked as a business news producer at Caspionet and Khabar TV channels.

Interests: Russian history, European architecture, ecologic and extreme tourism, record collection.
