Dmitriy was born on January 21, 1987. In 2003–2009 he studied at the Kaliningrad State Technical University to get a degree in Thermal Engineering. Being a student, he worked as a web developer for Kaliningrad firms. In 2008–2010 he worked as a programming specialist at MegaPart Company (Dubai). In 2010-2011 he worked as a programming specialist at a major Russian company and was engaged in IT management, design and development of online services and IT systems. In 2005–2010 he studied at the Baltic Institute of Economics and Finance to get a degree in Applied Informatics in Economics. In 2010 he was enrolled in the Postgraduate Program on Applied Mathematics, Numerical Algorithms and Software Systems at the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University. In his Ph.D. thesis he studies software and services architecture operating in a cloud infrastructure.
