Sergey was born on July 16, 1983. He finished the Kaliningrad State Town Planning college in 2002. He taking degree in industrial and civil building at the Kaliningrad State Technical University. In 2004-2006 he worked in the IT field. He has been familiar with the Russian stock market since 2006. He is an active and successful stock trader. He is certified by the Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) with FFMS 1st type certificate in brokerage, dealing and securities management. He also has FFMS 5th type certificate in management of investment funds, share investment funds and non-government pension funds.
