Viktoriya was born on December 09, 1988. She is a student of the Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University getting a degree in philology. In 2011 she worked as an advertising manager at Kaliningrad television channel TV Centr-Premier. In 2010-2012 she wrote articles for several regional websites and catalogues.
