Born June 12, 1985 in Murmansk. In 2002 graduated from Murmansk business school and linguistic college and then moved to Kaliningrad. Continued studying at Kaliningrad Institute of Economics, a Branch of the St. Petersburg Academy of Management and Economics. From 2005 to 2008 studied in the USA and worked in the service sector. Graduated from Kaliningrad Institute of Economics in 2010.
