Pavel was born on July 16, 1987. Since 2006 he has been studying at the Technical University of Riga. Pavel holds Bachelor's degree in telecommunication. He has been studying the financial markets since 2006. The same year he started searching for progressive methods of analyzing the exchange market instruments.
