Aleksandr was born on February 20, 1986. He entered Kaliningrad State Technical University (European Business School), Department of World Economy in 2003. In 2005 he received a certificate from European Business School, Dublin. He has been in the USA several times within the framework of student exchange program Work & Travel USA.
