Viktoriya was born on March 31, 1981. In 2002 she graduated from American University of Central Asia with bachelor’s degree in German and Austrian Studies. Being a last-year student, she obtained DAAD scholarship and studied at Friedrich Schiller University of Jena (Germany). After graduation she took a practical course at German Technical Cooperation (GTZ) under Export and Investment Support program. In 2005-2007 she got master’s degree in Cultural Linguistics at Kyrgyz State University of Arabaev (KSUA). She has experience of working at translation agencies, in the fields of education and marketing. She gained experience of working with clients and partners at OJSC Reemtsma-Kyrgyzstan tobacco factory included in Imperial Tobacco Group international company.
