Victoria was born on July 3, 1977 in Sevastopol. She has a degree in psychology of the Moscow Open Social University. Victoria has taken part in various psychological training programs and seminars, such as Personal development training by the Institute of Psychology RAS, training by Petr Simoron and Petr Burlanov, seminar by Stanislav Grof.

Interests: windsurfing, swimming, yoga.
