Denis was born on June 8, 1983 in Baltiysk. In 2003 he graduated from Kaliningrad High School of Management, Automated systems of information processing and management department. In 2003-2006 he served in the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation. Later he was transferred to the reserve with a title of senior warrant officer, long-distance communication commanding officer. In 2006-2011he worked as a system administrator at Communication means maintenance depot 772. He is a student of the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics and Informatics, the Applied informatics in economics Department.
