Anna was born on March 27, 1980 in Kaliningrad. In 2006 she graduated from the Baltic Fishing Fleet State Academy holding a degree in commerce. In 2001 she undertook an internship in the USA. For a long time Anna has worked in commercial aviation field, so she gained vast experience in the Internet sales and online support of Russian and foreign customers.
