Sergey was born on July 18, 1978. In 2000 he graduated from the Pavlodar State University named after S. Torajgyrov holding degree in Automobile Construction. In 2000-2011 he worked at Pavlodar branch of RTRK Kazakhstan broadcasting company, in 2000 he worked as a computer service engineer, in 2005 – 2011 he was a chief computer service engineer.

Interests: reading, soccer, fishing.
