Pavel was born on September 3, 1983. He finished postgraduate study at Immanuel Kant State University of Russia with degree in German Languages. Pavel is a Candidate of Science in Philology. Now he is to get the second education - the MBA in Germany (Frankfurt an der Oder). Pavel took training courses on international relations in Ireland and Sweden. He has worked as Customer Relations Manager at several companies of Kaliningrad region since 2005.
