Aleksey was born on December 8, 1987. In 2010, he graduated with honors from the Moscow State University of Economics, Statistics, and Informatics holding degree in Applied Informatics in Economics. He took a postgraduate study. His diploma project was enrolled for the Russian contest of diploma projects.
