Ilya was born on December 28, 1986 in Kaliningrad. In 2007 he took part in the international exchange program W&T USA. In 2009 he graduated from the Immanuel Kant State University of Russia holding a degree in marketing. Being a student, he worked as a support service manager at VimpelCom Ltd. and VestBaltTelecom Ltd. gaining vast experience of customer consulting on technical and financial issues.
