Eduard was born on March 29, 1971. In 1993 he graduated from Riga Technical University. Since 1995 he has been holding executive positions at different companies. Eduard has work experience in the financial field. In 2008 he co-founded MegaForex, a financial company and an official representative of InstaForex Group in Latvia. Being one of the InstaForex Latvian office chiefs, Eduard took part in the development of Forex educational program, which includes basic and professional level elements of Forex trading.
