GBP/USD More Declines To Follow?

The GBP/USD pair registered a strong downside movement after dropping below 1.3511 as expected. You knew from my analyses that the currency pair may approach and reach the 1.3371 former low which serves as a downside obstacle.

Now, the pair is fighting hard to grow after reaching this demand zone and after failing to stabilize below the mentioned downside obstacle.

GBP/USD Trading Conclusion!

As long as it stays above 1.3371, GBP/USD could develop a new upwards movement. Jumping above 1.3438 Friday's high may announce strong growth in the short term.

On the other hand, dropping again below the 1.3371 and below the former lows may announce a downside continuation and could bring new selling opportunities.
