Mario Draghi argued the advantages of ECB's stimulus measures, stating that young people will gain from the revival of euro zone growth.

Speaking to students at the ISEG Lisbon School of Economics and Management, the European Central Bank president said that youth joblessness remains very high. He credited millennials finding jobs because of the central bank's policy.

The eurozone economy is looking highly stable as it enters the fourth year of expansion, that some policymakers are calling on the ECB to begin unwinding its 2.3 trillion bond-purchasing plan after the end of 2017. However, talks of exiting the quantitative easing program has not yet been discussed when policymakers met this month, with Draghi noting the low-quality of jobs being created and tempered calls for a policy exit.

Portugal, in which the school is located, saw its unemployment rate fall to less than 10 percent from a peak of 17.5 percent at the beginning of 2013.

He told the students that he would also accept a renewed and interest in keeping up with the issue of social inequality. He said that the biggest source of inequality is unemployment.
