Results of manufacturing purchasing managers' surveys for major eurozone countries are due on Wednesday.

At 1 am ET, Markit Economics will release its September manufacturing purchasing managers' index, or PMI, data for Ireland. In August, the PMI was at 57.3.

Around the same time Markit Economics is due to release its manufacturing activity data for Russia. The manufacturing PMI is expected to decrease to 50 in September from 51 in August.

At 2:30 am ET, Swedbank is scheduled to release its manufacturing PMI report. The index is estimated to edge up to 51.4 in September from 51 in August.

At 3 am ET, the Czech Statistical Office is due to release its final GDP report for the second quarter. Preliminary estimates had pitched the year-over-year growth at 2.7 percent, while sequentially, GDP was estimated to have remained unchanged.

Around the same time, the Hungarian Association of Logistics, Purchasing and Inventory Management will release its manufacturing PMI report for September. In August, the PMI was at 51.

The Norwegian manufacturing activity report for August is also expected around the same time. The PMI is expected to decline to 51 in September from 51.8 in August.

Also at 3 am ET, Markit Economics will release the results of its manufacturing PMI survey for Poland. The manufacturing PMI is expected to decrease to 48.6 in September from 49 in August.

Around the same time, Markit Economics is also due to release its September manufacturing PMI report for Turkey. In August, the PMI was at 50.3.

Around 15 minutes later, Markit Economics is scheduled to release its manufacturing activity report for Spain. The manufacturing PMI is forecast to edge down to 52.6 in September from 52.8 in August.

At 3:30 am ET, Credit Suisse is due to release its manufacturing PMI report for Switzerland. The PMI is expected to decrease to 52 in September from 52.9 in August.

Around the same time, Markit Economics is scheduled to release its manufacturing PMI figures for the Czech Republic. The PMI is estimated to decrease to 53.8 in September from 54.3 in August.

At 3:45 am ET, Markit Economics is due to release its manufacturing PMI figures for Italy. A PMI score of 49.5 is expected by economists for September, less than the 49.8 reading in August.

Markit Economics is also scheduled to release its final manufacturing activity reports for Germany at 3:55 am ET and for France at 3:50 am ET and for the Eurozone at 4 am ET.

Economists expect the manufacturing PMI for the eurozone to be left unrevised at 50.5 in September. Also, Markit is expected to confirm its manufacturing PMI reading for France and Germany at 48.8 and 50.3, respectively.

At 4 am ET, Markit Economics will release its September manufacturing activity report for Greece. In August, the manufacturing PMI was at 50.1.

At 4:30 am ET, Markit Economics and the Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply will release their manufacturing activity data for the U.K. The manufacturing PMI is expected to come in at 52.7 in September, higher than the 52.5 score in August.

At 6 am ET, the Central Statistics Office of Ireland is expected to release its unemployment report for September. In August, the jobless rate was 11.2 percent.

At 7 am ET, Bank of England's Paul Fisher is expected to speak in London. At 1:30 pm ET, Bank of England's Kristin Forbes is scheduled to speak at an event in London.
