Trump sets new fundraising milestone for inauguration with $250 million

Incredible amounts of money have been raised during the inauguration campaign of the new US president! According to ABC News, President-elect Donald Trump brought in a staggering $250 million for his inauguration event. For comparison, his first inauguration campaign cost a more modest $107 million.

This time, the campaign was backed by major American organizations, including Apple, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, and others. The cryptocurrency industry also made contributions, alongside institutions such as Bank of America and aviation giant Boeing.

Notably, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos and former NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg were present at Trump's inauguration. The event was also marked by the eccentric behavior of entrepreneur Elon Musk, who made a notable appearance.
