According to Real Clear Politics polling, Donald Trump’s approval rating increased to 47.1% while 49.6% of respondents still believe he has done a bad job responding to the coronavirus. Looking back, the best assessment the president has received was 46.3% as of February 25. The American leader was able to calm down the markets, assure businesses that they would not be left on their own, and provide financial aid to Americans. Thus, every US adult citizen will receive a one-time payment of $1,200 while additional $500 will be added for every child.
