I can’t upload documents in the Client Area. What shall I do?

If you cannot upload your documents in the Client Area, you can email them to the Verification department at [email protected] 

You need to provide your account number and the code word in an email. You can find the code word in an email that was sent to you when you registered your trading account. The email subject is InstaForex. Account Registration. Our managers will help you to verify your account.
