When the client selects Arabic language in the platform, it can show strange symbols instead of Arabic words.

In this case you have to open your Control panel through Start menu and choose the option "Clock, language and region", then "Region and language", then switch to "Administrative tab" and click "Change system locale" where you have to choose "Arabic" in the menu "Current system locale", after that, please, reboot your computer and you will see all symbols correctly.
