Based on the previous review of the British pound, a military blow to Syria has brought the English currency into a stronger position than the euro, as expected. On Friday, the pound reached the range of 1.4270 / 90 officially to the optimistic expectations on Brexit shifts. This morning, the pound also shows growth but due to the unexpressed reaction of the whole market to the missile strike on Syria, the pound's growth may develop into speculative. Hence, this creates instability in the observed growth. This morning, Rightmove House Price Index in April showed an increase of 0.4%.

Today, positive retail sales data are expected for the US and mixed labor data may appear in the UK. In case of growth on speculative moods, the British pound may continue to move to the 1.4345. In the case that US indicators will show a stronger than expected results, we expect a decline to 1.4165.
