About technology and the foundation.

There are especially many traders on the FOREX market who consider TA not only the main, but the only tool for market research. This is understandable, since the real FA in the foreign exchange market is extremely complicated, and in fact inaccessible to small traders/investors. So, literally this month, the famous Russian and European economist S. Guriev, answering a question about trading on FOREX, said that to be successful you need to be, a banker in the Central Bank.

It is clear that in such a market 99% of success is TA.

But this often creates the misconception that the foundation is generally unimportant.

Right now, the current situation on EURUSD shows that this approach is superficial.

Look at the chart. Technically, everything is simple - the euro showed a downward reversal, there should be a break below 1.0985, and a fall with acceleration.

But this does not happen.

An alternative is a growth that cancels the fall, a break above 1.1100, and then move to 1.1180.

But this does not happen.

The reason?

But the fact is that important news/events that is, the FA, should become fuel.

"Technique" does not go without fuel from the FA; the price stops.

EURUSD:

We buy from 1.1100.

We sell from 1.0985.
