Verification

Most frequently, photos are declined because they are too dark or the data in the document is impossible to read.

There is no need to take a full-length or waist-high photo. To take a high-quality photo, hold the document in your hand at face level or slightly lower. At the same time, make sure that your fingers do not cover the data in the passport, and the document does not cover a part of your face. Make sure that you take a photo in a well-lit area. The lighter the shooting location, the clearer the photo will be. Also, note that the information in the document should be readable from left to right. A mirror reflection photo of the document is not allowed. On the third verification level, you should take a photo with a document in your hands that you have provided for the first level of verification.
