The message “Expires soon” appeared in my Client Area. What does it mean?

Documents provided for verification must be valid at the moment of request. The day a document expires, the verification status of your trading account is automatically reset to zero.

Your identity document should expire no sooner than six months from the date of applying for verification.

The Proof of Address documents must be less than 3 months old at the time when you apply for verification. These documents expire in six months from the date of issuance. 

A month before the document uploaded for your account verification expires, a message “Expires soon” appears in your Client Area. 

In order to avoid delays in your deposits and withdrawals, we strongly recommend that you download the updated documents. To do this, you should log into your Client Area, find the Account verification section and press the Reset button. This will reset your verification status and you will be able to upload new documents to the same page.
