At the same time, in assessments regarding the prospects for the reduction of incentive measures in the eurozone, investors have recently been extremely cautious. The expert predicts that the euro against the dollar will reach 1.18 by the end of this year, 1.20 in the first quarter of 2019, and 1.24 in the second.
