Households expressed more confidence regarding their financial situations, with the index for personal financial conditions improving to 77.63 from 74.71 in the previous month. Optimism about the domestic economic outlook also grew, increasing to 81.77 from October's 78.35. Additionally, there was a notable rise in confidence concerning the purchase of durable goods, which went up to 97.00 from 92.37, and employment opportunities, moving up to 71.65 from 69.58. However, the perception of price trends remained mostly stable, edging up slightly to 32.79 from 32.22. In contrast, confidence in stock investments dropped significantly, falling to 27.02 from 36.52, indicating persistent uncertainty within the financial markets.
