For India, the outcome comes at a delicate stage, with trade negotiations ongoing and visa restrictions still a key concern.

Among individual stocks, Bharat Electronics (BEL) led the advance, rising 4.6% after the company reaffirmed its FY27 guidance, including annual revenue growth of 15%–20% and EBITDA margins of around 28%. Titan also posted strong gains, climbing 4.3%. In contrast, heavyweight technology counters such as TCS (-2.7%), HCL Technologies (-2.2%), and Infosys (-1.7%) came under pressure, as investors booked profits amid persistent worries about global tech demand.
