EURUSD is trading at 1.1061 after getting rejected at the upper cloud boundary resistance. EURUSD has yet not managed to push above the 4 hour cloud and this is another bearish sign. EURUSD bulls need to reclaim 1.11 in order for short-term trend to change to bullish.

EURUSD is trading above both then tenkan- and kijun-sen but price seems unable to break above the Kumo (cloud). The Chikou span (black line indicator) remains below the cloud. In our last analysis we noted that a weak bullish sign was given once the tenkan-sen crossed above the kijun-sen. Traders need to be very cautious with such signals. Support is found at 1.1040 and next at 1.10. Breaking below 1.10 would be a bearish signal. Short-term trend is neutral in Ichimoku terms as long as price is inside the cloud.
