Gold bulls were unable to break above $1,920 resistance and are now breaking below short-term support. Price got rejected at the cloud resistance we mentioned in our last analysis and Gold price is also breaking below the tenkan-sen and kijun-sen indicators.

Gold price still has resistance at $1,924 at the lower cloud boundary. Price is now challenging the tenkan-sen and the kijun-sen indicators. Breaking bellow the $1,900 level will increase dramatically the chances of moving towards $1,850-$1,800. The Chikou span (black line indicator) also got rejected at the candlestick pattern and is turning lower. So far the Daily Kumo (cloud) has provided a confirmed resistance area. A move above $1,925 is what bulls need to do soon, otherwise they will be in danger of a strong pull back.
