AUD/USD More Declines Eyed!

The AUD/USD pair resumed its drop as expected after failing to reach and retets the downtrend line in the pevious attempts. Also, I've told you that the currency pair could extend its downside movement after dropping below 0.7254 and 0.7230 former lows.

0.7174 level stands as a major downside target, as a historical obstacle. You can see that AUD/USD has increased after reaching this level. As long as it stays below the downtrend line, the price could approach and reach new lows.

Staying below the downtrend line and dropping below 0.7174 level could announce further drop towards new lows. On the other hand, staying above this downside obstacle and jumping above the downtrend line may signal a potential upside reversal.
