EURUSD bounced higher yesterday from 0.99 towards 1. In the 4 hour chart price is challenging the Kumo (cloud) resistance. So far price shows rejection signs and vulnerability to the downside. Resistance by the cloud is at 1. In order for bulls to hope for bigger bounce, we should first see a break above the 4 hour cloud resistance. The tenkan-sen (red line indicator) and the kijun-sen (yellow line indicator) provide short-term support at 0.9945. A break below this level would be a new bearish signal and will increase chances of seeing a move below 0.99 towards 0.9850-0.98.
