In October 2025, Georgia experienced a 5.6% year-on-year increase in producer prices, up from 4.4% in September. This was the most significant rise in producer inflation since March. Notably, the costs accelerated in sectors such as mining and quarrying, where prices surged to 21.7% compared to 17.9% in September. The manufactured products sector saw its prices increase to 3.9% from 2.6%, while the water supply, sewerage, waste management, and remediation services sector experienced a slight rise from 0.1% to 0.2%. On the other hand, there was a reduction in costs for electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply, which eased to 10% from 11.6%. Month-on-month, producer prices grew by 1.1% in October, maintaining the same rate as observed in the prior period.
