Conversely, there was an upsurge in demand for roles in logistics, beauty and wellness, and healthcare, particularly for positions such as physicians and surgeons, highlighting persisting areas of labor robustness. On a year-over-year basis, job advertisements dropped by 7.4%, indicating a gradual decrease in labor demand amid more stringent financial conditions. Nevertheless, job postings remained 6.2% higher than pre-pandemic levels.
