15.04.202610:00:00UTC+00Irish Residential Property Prices Slip 0.2% in February, Ending Modest Uptrend

Ireland’s residential property market saw a slight month-on-month decline in February 2026, with prices slipping 0.20% compared with January, according to data updated on 15 April 2026.

The move marks a reversal from January 2026, when residential property prices rose 0.30% on a month-over-month basis. The current reading indicates that, on a monthly comparison, price momentum has softened, as the market shifted from modest growth to a marginal contraction.

The figures are based on a month-over-month comparison, where the February result reflects the change in prices relative to January 2026, while the previous indicator shows January’s change versus December.
