Producer prices in Georgia rose 5.9% year-on-year in June 2026, easing from a 16‑month high of 7.1% in May. This was the lowest annual increase since February 2026 and reflected a broad-based slowdown in price growth across most sectors.

Inflation decelerated in both mining and quarrying (15.3% vs. 24.6% in May) and manufacturing (5.2% vs. 6.5%), with notable slowdowns for coke and refined petroleum products (18.5% vs. 52.5%), basic metals (10.6% vs. 13.4%), chemicals and chemical products (19.1% vs. 23.7%), and food products (5.8% vs. 6.5%).

By contrast, price growth accelerated in electricity, gas, steam, and air‑conditioning supply (4.4% vs. 1.0%) and in water supply, sewerage, waste management, and remediation services (6.7% vs. 6.4%).

On a monthly basis, producer prices declined by 0.8% in June, following a flat reading in May.
