The Ukrainian government is striving to deal with the problem of financing. It was offered to implement a new wave of privatization in the country as one of ways of solving current financial crisis. However, in this case the rights of local oligarchs will be limited as the country’s authorities let only foreign companies participate in the scheme. Thus, only foreign capital will be involved. The information was confirmed by Ukraine’s Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk. According to him, new privatization promises to be transparent and clear. He says that thanks to restrictions, ex and current Ukrainian oligarchs will not be able to take part in it. Reformers expect reliable foreign investors to partake. Yatsenyuk also points out that there is still the high level of corruption in the economic sector and called attracting of foreign capital the only way to fight it. Outside onlookers believe that this measure is right. The privatization by foreign investors will create new vacancies, strengthen the Ukrainian economy, and develop trading. Americans may become the first foreigners willing to get assets in Ukraine. Yatsenyuk says that the parties already made certain agreements during the visit to the US. The Premier believes that the Ukrainian high technologies and programmers take the leading places in the world and that they may become the perfect sphere for foreign investments.
