On Monday, both the STOXX 50 and STOXX 600 indices remained mostly unchanged, following two days of consecutive declines, as traders anticipated new market developments. Investors are keenly awaiting Nvidia's quarterly earnings report scheduled for this week. Additionally, in the United States, a raft of economic data releases is on the horizon after the resolution of the government shutdown. Siemens Energy saw an increase of 3.3%, emerging as a leading performer. Meanwhile, Airbus climbed 1%, following reports that it is expected to secure the majority of an ongoing aircraft order negotiation with Flydubai, alongside Air China Cargo's purchase of six A350F freighters. SAAB experienced a notable surge of over 6% after signing a substantial €3.1 billion ($3.62 billion) contract with the Colombian government to provide 17 Gripen fighter jets over a five-year period. Conversely, Siemens declined by 0.8%, LVMH by 0.6%, and Bayer by 0.7%, with Adyen NV dropping 2%, marking it as the weakest performer on the STOXX 600.
