In November 2025, Ireland experienced a 6.6% year-on-year increase in residential property prices, marking a deceleration from the previously adjusted 7.2% growth observed in October. The growth rate for house prices decreased to 6.5% from 7.2%, while apartment prices saw a slight reduction in their growth rate, rising by 7.1% compared to 7.6% the previous month. In Dublin, prices rose by 5%, down from 5.4%. Meanwhile, growth outside of the capital softened to 7.9% from 8.9%. Notably, Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown registered the highest median house price at EUR 677,000, while Donegal had the lowest median price at EUR 190,000 as of November 2025. On a monthly basis, the increase in residential property prices slowed to 0.3%, the lowest rate in eight months, from 0.6% in October.
