Experts advise crypto investors to pay close attention to such virtual assets as Cardano (ADA) and Polkadot (DOT). Prakash Chand, the director of Dubai-based crypto investment fund FD7 Ventures, is confident that these coins will cost 20 times more of their current values in 2-3 years.

"I’ve been lucky enough to spend lots of time with the brightest minds in crypto and I’m willing to bet that each of Ethereum, Cardano and Polkadot will be more valuable than Bitcoin within the next few years," Chand said. These three digital assets will revolutionize everything from healthcare to real estate to finance,  Chand, pinpointed. "The new generation of retail investors who got burned on Robinhood will turn to the cryptocurrency markets. “It’s pretty cool to see this young generation learning to invest. They love investing in crypto and find it more appealing than the regular stock market, which is dominated by conventional wall street suit-and-tie types," Prakash Chand emphasized. He believes that the market is one step away from the institutional adoption of cryptocurrency.

These three cryptocurrencies are likely to advance thanks to their key features, which make ADA and DOT a convenient and easy-to-use means of payment. "Bitcoin is a great store of value, with an excellent brand name behind it, but that is pretty much it where it stops. Aside from the fact that Bitcoin was first to market and society has given it meaning as a store of value, I think Bitcoin is actually pretty useless," he said. Notably, FD7 Ventures is preparing to sell off BTC worth $750 million to invest in ADA and DOT. Chand explained that altcoins would better serve the needs of investors.

Undoubtedly, over the past 10 years, BTC, as an industry pioneer, has revolutionized the market, making traditional institutions finally pay attention to the virtual assets. However, currently, many large investment companies are ready to diversify their portfolios and take advantage of other features of blockchain.
