Total position on a currency pair

Total position on a currency pair displays the sum of all trades, including their volume and direction. Total position shows whether the market is inclined to buying or selling and the volume of both trends. The sum of all trades is calculated by adding Buy positions and subtraction of Sell positions. The more the total sum of positions on a certain pair is, the higher a possibility of bears (sellers of a currency pair) on the market is.

An extremely high value of this indicator can be interpreted as a signal to buy in case of trend trading, or a signal to sell in case of trading against the trend.

When the total position value of a currency pair becomes extremely low, it may be taken as a Sell signal in case of trend trading, or as a Buy signal in case of operating against the trend.
