In September 2025, Georgia experienced a 4.4% annual increase in producer prices, up from a 3.8% rise in the previous month. This represents the highest level of producer inflation since May of the same year. Notably, prices surged more rapidly in the sectors of mining and quarrying, which saw a 17.9% increase compared to 13.8% in August, and in manufactured goods, rising to 2.6% from 2.1%. Conversely, there was a slight easing in costs for electricity, gas, steam, and air-conditioning supply, which decreased to 11.6% from 12%, and water supply, sewerage, waste management, and remediation services, which dropped to 0.1% from 0.2%. On a month-to-month basis, producer prices rose by 1.1% in September, following a 0.1% increase in the previous period.
