In addition, the president claimed that Democrat Joseph Biden lost the election. Above all else, Mr. Trump intended to appoint lawyer Sidney Powell as a special counsel to investigate supposed electoral fraud.

There are rumors that former United States National Security Advisor Michael Flynn has offered Trump to overturn the results of the presidential election and seize power.
