Vklady lze provádět přes WebMoney, CONTACT, RBKMoney, MoneyBookers/Skrill, Liberty Reserve a bankovním převodem. Výběr je možný způsobem, kterým jste peníze vložili na Váš účet.
Účtuje společnost poplatky za vklady a výběry?
Společnost samotná žádné poplatky neúčtuje, ale Vy byste měli vzít v potaz poplatky, které si berou banky a převodní společnosti.
Jak dlouho trvá vklad na obchodní účet?
Vklad přes Webmoney, Liberty Reserve a RBKMoney je zpracován okamžitě. Vklad přes CONTACT, MoneyBookers/Skrill a kreditními kartami je zpracován do 24 hodin. Bankovní převod zabere 2-4 dny.
Jak dlouho trvá prostředky z účtu vybrat?
Výběr přes Webmoney, Liberty Reserve a ostatní platební systémy zabere 1-3 hodiny. Bankovní převod 2-4 dny.
Jaká je minimální částka, kterou mohu vložit?
Žádné limity na vklad nejsou. Můžete vložit kolik chcete.
Jaký je minimální výběr?
Částka výběru není ničím omezena. Vždy můžete vybrat zbývající obnos, s výjimkou bankovního převodu( minimální částka pro výběr je 300 $) a kreditní karty (minimum pro výběr je mezi 50$-2500$).
Jaké kroky bych měl podniknout v případě, že jsem ztratil některé informace a nejsem schopný pro výběr použít stejnou metodu jako pro vklad?

Ano, lot u spol. InstaForex je roven 10000 jednotek podkladové měny, což je 10-krát méně než všeobecně používaný lot. To znamená 10x menší riziko pro naše klienty.
Proč InstaForex používá "desetitisícový" lot, namísto "stotisícového"?
Společnost InstaForex umožňuje obchodovat na Forexu se třemi druhy účtů: Micro Forex, Mini Forex, Standard Forex. Za tímto účelem byl nastaven tento nestandardní "desetitisícový" lot, který při transakci o velikosti 0.01 dává bodovou změnu ceny 0.01 USD. Co to znamená leverage?
Leverage (pákový efekt) – je poměr mezi částkou nezbytnou pro realizaci obchodu, vzhledem k reálné velikosti obchodní transakce, např. : 1:100, 1:200, 1:500. Leverage 1:100 znamená, že k uskutečnění transakce, kde nakupujete reálně 100 000 USD Vám stačí mít na účtu 1 000 USD.
Jaký leverage InstaForex poskytuje a jak jej můžu změnit?
Při otevírání účtu si můžete si vybrat od 1:1, až 1:500. Pokud chcete změnit páku později, musíte emailem, nebo jinou vhodnou metodou, kontaktovat Oddělení pro klientskou podporu.
Proč nevidím ve výpisu všechny symboly?
Symboly jsou asociované k nabídce zobrazené v obchodním terminálu. Pokud chcete rozšířit jejich nabídku, klikněte pravým tlačítkem na list symbolů a vyberte "zobrazit všechny".
Zvětšuje InstaForex během důležitých zpráv spready?
Instaforex nikdy nezvětšuje spready během zpráv. Každý obchodník může zůstat klidný i během zpráv - obchodní podmínky se nikdy nemění.
Mohu začít používat "advisory(poradce)"? Jsou zde nějaká omezení?
Nejsou zde žádná omezení.
Může obchodník dlužit společnosti peníze?
Ne, to je nemožné. Pokud se dostane obchodní účet do záporných čísel, společnost ho vrátí na nulu.
Je nějaký rozdíl mezi demo a reálným obchodováním?
Není zde žádný rozdíl, jak v obchodních podmínkách, tak obchodních nástrojích. Obchodování na demo účtu je identické s obchodováním na živém účtu s rozdílem, že na demo účtu není možnost ani výběru ani vkladu peněz.
Jaký je minimální vklad?
Minimální vklad je 1 USD a je to zároveň dostačující vklad pro získání přístupu ke všem nástrojům.
Proč mají páry EUR/GBP, EUR/CHF plovoucí spread?
Plovoucí spread je všeobecně akceptovaný obchodní nástroj, který používá prvořadý mezinárodní broker. EUR/GBP a EUR/CHF jsou jediné měnové páry s plovoucím spreadem. To znamená, že od 19:00 GMT+00 do 08:00 GMT+00 se může rozpětí zvýšit až o 5 bodů, každý den. Spread je transakční poplatek brokerovi a je definován na základě tržních podmínek, které zrovna na trhu existují. V důsledku roztahování spreadů od našich zprostředkovatelů byly převedeny páry EUR/GBP a EUR/CH na plovoucí nastavení. Nicméně během dne jsou spready pro tyto měnové páry 3 pipy.
Jak vypočítat velikost marginu (jistiny)?
Velikost marginu se rovna objemu transakce dělenému velikostí pákového efektu. Objem transakce 1 lotu je 10000 USD tudíž při pákovém efektu 1:100 je potřebná marže rovná 100 USD na každý lot, pokud je prvním symbolem páru USD. V ostatním případech se přepočítává marže následujícím způsobem. Pokud je například obchodován GBP/USD, jehož cena je 1.4956 v objemu 2 loty, je při pákovém efektu 1:100 výše marginu : 10000 * 2 * GBPUSD/100=299.12 USD. Pro obchod s USDJPY s 3.4 loty s pákou 1:500 bude margin :10000 * 3.5 * 1/1000=35 USD.

Ano, můžete. Na počet účtů nejsou žádné limity.
Jaký je maximální počet lotů, které mohu obchodovat?
Množství je libovolné, až do 10000 lotů.

What is PAMM-contact information filled after the participation request in the PAMM-system and what it is for?
This information will be delivered to your investment operations counterparties. If you invest money or you receive investments you get the contact information automatically from another side and inversely. It allows to provide relation between the investment operations participants, as the Company turns out to be an intermediary from the technical aspect giving a guarantee of refund and the trader's interest, but not bothering other cooperation issues of a Trader and Investor.
What account currency is required for taking part in the PAMM-system?
Presently, only dollar accounts can be registered in the PAMM-system of InstaForex Company. In case you do not have a dollar account you can open it in a real time mode using the company's website.
I am a PAMM-trader, I've approved the investment request. What does it mean the request status is "waiting for synchronization"?
Request status "Waiting for synchronization" means that your investment will be processed in near time. The time of investment processing is fixed and it takes place once an hour.
I am a PAMM-trader, why my balance did not increase after accepting a new investment?
Just after pushing the button "Accept investment" the investment status changes to "Waiting for synchronization", that means it is necessary to wait for a while until the investment reaches the account. In case there are other investments waiting for synchronization they will be added to the account simultaneously.
Can you guarantee that the PAMM-trader will not lose my money?
PAMM-account system by InstaForex Company does not give a guarantee of making profit by the managing traders. It is meant for ensuring the technical coordination between Traders and Investors which includes entirely automatical monitoring of Traders' PAMM-accounts, money acceptance and refund. Therefore, the system guarantees your funds protection, so they won't be withdrawn by a PAMM-trader. Moreover, the system assures that you can receive your funds form the PAMM-trader's account at short notice during 30-60 minutes after requesting (depending on in which moment between synchronizations a refund request is made).
Can the PAMM-trader withdraw my invested funds?
PAMM-account system of InstaForex Company protects Investors from the risk of funds withdrawal by a PAMM-trader. PAMM-trader can withdraw only his share of PAMM-account, not involved in the deals. Can there occur a situation when a refund request by the investor can cause Stop Out immediately on the PAMM-trader's account?
If the investors share on the account is over 90% and there are few of them or just one investor - then such situation can happen. But the PAMM-system accepts funds for managing from hundreds of PAMM-traders that means the possibility of keeping funds from hundreds of investors on one trading account, and the probability of simultaneous withdrawal is very low and inversely proportional to the number of attracted investors.
Mohu registrovat svůj zprostředkovatelský účet v PAMM systému?

Where can I see the current profit which can be withdrawn from the PAMM-trader account?
In the personal cabinet of the main menu choose "PAMM-system", then on the opened page use the link "My Investments". But for the Investor it is possible to withdraw only the TOTAL investment amount. If you are planning to withdraw funds from the PAMM-trader account partly you should make some more investments of less volume in his account. It will allow to withdraw each investment in particular.
Is the SMS notiification service about new investments by the PAMM-trader free?
Yes, the service is free, but for one account there can be sent not more than 10 SMS-messages for 24 hours.
Can a PAMM-investor be a holder of the affiliate account by means of which the PAMM-trader account was opened?
Presently, there are no any restrictions for receiving commission from PAMM-accounts. Nevertheless, such accounts comply with the common rules of InstaForex affiliate program.
I am a PAMM-trader, can I change the commission size obtained for managing the invested funds?
The size of the charged commission is set by you once during the registration in the PAMM-system and cannot be changed afterwards. However, you can open several PAMM-trader accounts putting a certain reward rate for each of them.
I am a PAMM-investor and I've sent the investment request. The PAMM-trader has neither accepted it nor rejected it. What is the validity term of a request and when will the investment amount return to my trading account?
If the PAMM-trader is inactive after receiving a request during 72 hours - this amount will return to your trading account of PAMM-Investor automatically.
Can I withdraw my profit not returning the investment?
Yes, you can. In order to receive part of profit, use Rollover option, which is available in the Investments section of the PAMM-cabinet. This option is active only for profitable investments. Both PAMM-Trader and PAMM-Investor can enable the option.
What is rollover in InstaForex PAMM-system?
Rollover is an option that allows withdrawing profit not returning the investment. The option also comprises the system of profit distribution between an investor and a trader according to the yield interest of both parties.
Can a PAMM-Trader disactivate the PAMM-service (refuse from participation in monitoring)?
If you want to register in the PAMM-system as another participant (PAMM-investor or PAMM-trader and inversely) you just have to open a new trading account. InstaForex Company does not put any limits for the number of opened trading accounts. In near time, there will be added the function "Hide account from monitoring" which will allow to remove account from monitoring.
Can I invest bonus funds in a PAMM-trader account?
Yes, you can, completely or partly. Presently, there is only one constraint: the bonus cannot be saved on the trading account if the whole deposit was invested in PAMM-trader's account. In this case, the bonus will be cancelled.
Which personal data of a Trader is visible for PAMM-investor?
Before investing a PAMM-investor sees in the monitoring the PAMM-trader's account number, project name, ICQ and Yahoo numbers (always) and also name and e-mail of a trader if he allowed to show it. Additional information displaying is possible after investing.
Which personal data of an Investor is visible for PAMM-trader?
PAMM-trader sees the account number of the Investor and also his phone number and e-mail registered in the PAMM-system.
Can a PAMM-trader account get a bonus?
Yes, PAMM-trader account can get a bonus.
Can an account register as a PAMM-trader having received a bonus? And what will be done with the bonus?
An account with bonus can be registered as a PAMM-trader. The bonus will not be cancelled and will taken as PAMM-trader's funds.
If the investor replenishes his account, receives bonus and then invests funds in the trading accounts will the bonus be cancelled?
The Welcome Bonus will not be cancelled.
Where the investor can see the commission size charged from profit and set by the Trader?
At the monitoring table. If the investment is already completed then also in the section "My investments".
After what time the funds deposited by the account holder will be displayed in the Monitoring of PAMM-accounts?
On average, during 2-3 hours (refreshment once in 3 hours), during 5-10 minutes for monitoring (exclusively of the chart).
Does the partner receive a reward for trading of a client attracted by him (who became a PAMM-trader) with the invested funds?
Yes, he receives according to the normal procedure.
How the loss is divided between the trader and the investor? Proportionate to their shares participating in the trading or in accordance with the profit allocation?
The loss is divided proportionate to the investor and trader shares in the account. Percentage of the profit charged by a trader for funds management is not taken into account.
Might the statistical data on profitability of a PAMM project displayed in the widget be inconsistent with the data shown in Monitoring?
Various widgets are available to InstaForex customers, including those showing PAMM project profitability calculated on the basis of balance and equity. Whereas Monitoring only displays the statistics calculated on the basis of equity owing to data standardization.
How often is the information displayed in the widgets of PAMM projects updated?
The statistical data of these widgets is cached once an hour, so it may slightly lag behind the data represented in Monitoring.

What is the ForexCopy system?
The ForexCopy system provides for copying deals of a trader in a real time mode and opening them automatically on the account of a follower. ForexCopy followers can adjust the number of trades, set the preferred ratio of lots and trading instruments to copy deals on from a certain ForexCopy trader.
Can I, as a ForexCopy follower, choose instruments and the ratio of lots for trades to copy to my account?
Yes, you can. You can copy all the trades or just trades on the instruments you chose.
When does a ForexCopy trader receive commission for his trades that has been copied?
The commission is credited to a ForexCopy trader right after either he or a ForexCopy follower cancels the subscription. If a ForexCopy trader has chosen the option of daily subscription, he will be paid the commission every day, at 23:30 GMT+2.
Can I, being a ForexCopy follower, cancel a trade copied if I consider it potentially unprofitable?
You can close it in MetaTrader, but it is impossible to cancel it.
Is an application for subscription approved automatically or personally by a ForexCopy trader?
It is a ForexCopy trader who decides whether to approve applications for copying his trades automatically or manually. If the application is not approved within 72 hours, it is cancelled automatically.
How fast are trades copied within the ForexCopy system?
There might be a delay of 15 seconds maximum, but orders copied are always identical to those opened on the account of a ForexCopy trader.
Why is the list of currency pairs to choose from so small?
The list contains the most popular trading instruments only. If you select the All InstaForex Trading Instruments option, trades on all the instruments employed by a trader will be copied, including futures, stocks, and so on.
A ForexCopy trader changed the commission after I had subscribed to his deals. Shall I pay the initially set commission or the new one?
You will pay the commission you initially agreed to pay until the end of your subscription period. However, new followers of this ForexCopy trader will pay the newly set commission.
Will the order settings of a follower be changed if a trader modifies the order copied?
Yes, the order settings of a ForexCopy follower will be changed as well.
If a ForexCopy follower lacks money to pay the commission to a ForexCopy trader, does it mean that a trader will not get it at all?
In case a ForexCopy follower does not have sufficient funds to pay a ForexCopy trader the commission, all his funds will be debited from his account to cover the commission. If there is still a sum to be paid, it will be fixed by the system and debited as soon as a ForexCopy follower replenishes his account, no later than 72 hours after the subscription period expires.
Can I unsubscribe from the deals of a ForexCopy trader?
Yes, you can, provided you closed all his deals copied and currently open on your account.
Can a ForexCopy trader unsubscribe a ForexCopy follower from his deals?
Yes, a ForexCopy trader can unsubscribe a ForexCopy follower from his deals provided all the deals copied to the follower’s account are closed, and the commission paid by the follower is more than 0.
How a pending order is copied to a ForexCopy follower account?
The pending order is copied to the ForexCopy follower account when it is executed on the ForexCopy trader account.

When is option trading available?
Option trading is available from 00:01 (GMT+02) Monday to 23:50 (GMT+02) Friday except for days off on Forex.
Are there any daily limits on buying options?
There are no limits on the number of options or total value of options per day.
What accounts (with regards to account currency) are available for option trading?
Option trading is available on accounts in USD, EUR, and RUR.
What is the maximum and minimum option value?
The minimum and maximum option values on USD accounts are $1 and $1,000, respectively. On EUR accounts, EUR 1 and EUR 1,000. On RUB accounts, the minimum value is RUB 30 and the maximum value is RUB 15,000.
Where do the option prices come from?
The option price is the candlestick open price from the InstaForex-USA live account server.
Can I cancel the purchased option?
You can cancel the purchased option 3 minutes before its activation with 10% fee. You cannot cancel the option after it is activated.
What if the activation price is equal to the closing price?
If the activation price is equal to the closing price, the option is recorded as losing because the specified term has not become true.

How long does it take to verify an account?
Account verification can take up to 72 working hours.
Is it necessary to verify an account?
In compliance with InstaForex Public Offer Agreement, verification of a real trading account is optional and for your consideration. This procedure is not required to be passed by every client opening an account. Yet, it is obligatory for activation of certain services offered by the Company.
Are depositing and withdrawing available for unverified accounts?
Yes, you can deposit and withdraw funds from your unverified accounts without any obstacles.
What documents are required for account verification?
Any identifying documents are accepted. A passport (ID) or a driving licence are preferred though.
What is the minimum/ maximum size of a scanned document copy is accepted for verification?
There is no minimum scanned document copy as such. But the document is to be of high quality, so that its data could be easily read. The maximum size is 2 MB.
The document is not accepted for verification in the following cases: the scanned document copy is of low quality. You sent the document that is unsuitable for verification (no photo and your full name). The document you sent was already used for the first level of verification.
An error occurred when I was trying to upload the document, what shall I do?
If you get an error message and your document fails to be uploaded, please send detailed information about the error to support@instaforex.com, specify the number of your account and attach the screenshots of the error page. You can also try to verify your account using another Internet browser.
What are the advantages of account verification?
If you passed all verifications steps, you can employ supplementary services offered by the Company that are not available for unverified accounts.

Co jsou to supporty a rezistence (z originálního support and resistance levels)?Co znamenají?
Support level (volně přeloženo jako úroveň podpory) je úroveň, která má zvýšenou statistickou šanci na otočení trendu směrem nahoru. Resistance level (volně přeloženo jako úroveň odporu) je pravým opakem.
Co je to trailing stop-loss?
Jedná se o stop-loss příkaz, který se posouvá o fixní velikost za tržní cenou. Pokud při long pozici cena stoupá, stoupá i stop-loss. Pokud cena začne klesat, stop-loss se nehýbá. Touto cestou se dá limitovat maximální ztráta, aniž by byl jasně daný profit. Znamená to tedy, že trailing stop-loss následuje cenu vždy o X pipů a tedy směrem k zisku. UPOZORNĚNÍ! Trailing stop-lossy fungují pouze když je Vaše obchodní platforma připojená k obchodnímu serveru.
Co znamená cenová figura a její pohyb?
Cenová figura je 100 profitových pipů. Pohyb cenové figury je pohyb 100 pipů. Kulaté ceny jsou občas též zmiňované jako figury. Pro příklad: “EURUSD překročilo sedmou figuru” znamená, že kurz překročil přes 1.1700.
Jaké jsou otevírací hodiny akciové burzy?
